We continue to see this issue, and it’s because bathrooms will always have an issue with moisture. This bathroom had a bit of water damage on the floor that affected the trim. This never seems like a real issue when it happens, but if you let water damage sit in that area for too long you’ll likely end up regretting it. Mold can form in the wood trim or in the drywall. So the owner of this property got a hold of us to take care of it before it went that far.

Our people came in, got the water dried up, and then they removed the trim to dry out the wall behind it as well. Once everything was dry and the risk of mold was removed, our team replaced the trim and the job was done.
