We were more than thrilled to have the opportunity that we did today with the Peoria Police Department. We applied disinfectant to so many of their vehicles, and we had a great time helping out! There’s no denying the hold that COVID-19 has over everyone right now. It’s affecting those who are sick with it and their loved ones. It’s all over the news and social media. We know there’s no real way to avoid it, so we’re trying to bring a little happiness to those on the frontlines.

We’re partnered with two pizza places in our area - Monical’s Pizza of Pekin and Rosatti’s Pizza in North Pekin - to bring the medical professionals in our area lunch. We want to make sure they feel appreciated in this chaotic time. We hope that everyone else will be willing to take a moment and thank those who work in healthcare. They’re definitely embodying the SERVPRO® goal of being Here to Help®!

The City of Pekin recognized 4 heroes last night for their heroic and life saving actions. These 4 SERVPRO technicians were driving down the road when they came upon a woman trapped inside her burning car. Without hesitation they helped her get out of her car essentially saving her life! We are so proud of Bobby, Jesse, Chris and Joshua!
