Sewage Backup in Basement

Not that anything about a sewage backup is good, but when it is pretty well contained to a small area in the affected home, it’s definitely better than it could be. The sewage that backed up into this basement was in a generally small spot of the basement, which made the cleanup a little bit easier.

So our team members went to the customer’s home and got the initial mess of it cleaned up. They then gave the area a good cleaning and were able to leave the basement in much better condition than it was when they got there.
