Sewage Backup Through Shower
Sewage is probably one of the most unsettling things to come through your drain. This bathroom was covered in sewage and other dirty water after a big storm pushed it through the shower drain. The carpet absorbed quite a bit of the water, and when that happened, the customer made it a point to reach out to their local SERVPRO®. We were able to go in and remove the carpet, mitigate the majority of the sewage, and then start the drying process for the materials and fixtures in the room that absorbed the water and couldn’t be removed. Air movers were placed to facilitate the drying process, and once that is done, we’ll be able to get this room back to normal!
