Small Space Under the Stairs

Most of the time it isn’t the first thought to check for water damage under the stairs. (Especially when the rest of the downstairs area is affected by water as well!) As you can see though, the area under these stairs was pretty wet from the water damage to this floor. That is why we took the time to make sure that there were air movers placed to dry the small space. Once it was dry, the carpet was removed from the area so that the restoration process could begin in that area as well.

Just remember: when you have water damage, check everywhere you can to make sure the water did spread to any hidden spots!
