Broken Pipe

Broken pipes are common during the winter, especially here in Central Illinois. The damage can be minimal or it can be severe, it just depends on where the pipe is and how long it takes the property owner to notice that the pipe has broken. Pipes that are in the main areas of the house, such as bathrooms or kitchens, can cause a real problem since those areas are so high traffic. Whereas pipes that are in more secluded areas like a basement pr storage area can cause bad damage because the damage isn’t always noticed right away.

Luckily the owner of this house had a pipe break somewhere they could easily notice the damage, and they were able to call us in quickly to start the drying process!
